Privacy Policy
How personal data connected with tanyrodas.com and initial communications with THV Advisory are processed.
Language notice. This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Data controller
Controller: Tany Lucia Rodas Roldan, a self-employed professional operating under the trading name THV Advisory.
Professional address: Calle Villa Borghese, 3, 29693 Estepona (Málaga), Spain.
Email: thv@tanyrodas.com
Telephone: +34 722 233 704
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal-data processing associated with tanyrodas.com and initial communications made through the contact details published on it.
The website currently has no contact form, newsletter, user registration or operational client area. Browsing alone does not require users to submit data directly to THV Advisory through website forms, without prejudice to technical data processed by the infrastructure required to provide and protect the website.
3. Data that may be processed
When a person voluntarily contacts THV Advisory by email or telephone, the data provided in that communication may be processed, normally identification and contact details and the information strictly necessary to understand and answer the enquiry.
The website’s technical infrastructure may process technical data necessary to provide, protect and maintain the service, in accordance with the configuration and terms of the providers involved in hosting and technical distribution.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data received in an initial communication will be processed to respond to the enquiry, maintain necessary communications and, where a possible service is requested, assess and manage steps prior to a potential professional relationship.
The legal basis will, depending on the circumstances, be steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract once established, compliance with legal obligations and, where appropriate, the controller’s duly balanced legitimate interests.
This policy does not use consent as a blanket basis for all processing. Where a particular processing activity requires consent, it will be requested specifically and on an informed basis.
5. Data minimization
THV Advisory applies data minimization: only data that are adequate, relevant and necessary for the relevant purpose should be processed. In an initial contact, users should provide only the information needed to explain the matter in general terms and allow an assessment of whether an engagement may be possible.
6. Data connected with professional engagements
Where an engagement is formalized, associated processing will be governed according to the nature of the service, categories of data involved, legal roles of the parties and applicable obligations.
Where THV Advisory processes personal data on behalf of a client and under the client’s instructions, the conditions required for processor arrangements will be formalized where applicable. Professional documentation and channels may be subject to additional confidentiality and security measures.
7. Retention
Data from an initial enquiry will be retained for the time necessary to respond and assess the possible service. If no engagement is formalized, data will be deleted or restricted once no longer necessary, unless certain information must be retained for the period needed to address potential liabilities or legal obligations.
Where a professional relationship exists, data will be retained for its duration and subsequently for periods required to meet legal obligations and possible liabilities.
8. Website usage statistics
This website uses IONOS WebAnalytics to obtain aggregated information on the use and operation of tanyrodas.com. According to IONOS information for this product, data are collected through a pixel or log file and no cookies are used. The IP address is anonymized after the page has loaded.
Data processed by this system may include the referring page or source, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and anonymized IP address used to determine approximate access location. IONOS states that the purpose is statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website.
9. Recipients and service providers
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law, necessary for the requested service on an appropriate legal basis, or otherwise permitted by law.
IONOS services are used for the technical operation of the website and professional email. Website distribution and security infrastructure may include Cloudflare services integrated through IONOS. These providers may process technical data to the extent necessary to provide their services and under the applicable terms and safeguards.
The involvement of a technical provider does not mean that it may freely use data for unrelated purposes. Relationships with providers acting as processors are subject to the corresponding contractual and legal obligations.
10. International transfers
Certain infrastructure components may operate through networks or providers with an international presence. Where processing involves an international transfer of personal data, it must comply with the GDPR and rely on a valid mechanism such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
Website configuration and providers may change in the future; this policy will be updated where such changes affect information that must be provided to data subjects.
11. Security and confidentiality
Technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk will be applied to protect data against loss, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, which is why the quantity and sensitivity of data processed through public channels are also limited by design.
12. Rights
Where applicable, data subjects may request access, rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing and exercise data portability rights, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Rights may be exercised by writing to thv@tanyrodas.com, identifying the right to be exercised and providing only the information necessary to verify identity where required.
If you consider that your data are being processed in breach of applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the competent supervisory authority in Spain.
13. Third-party data
Anyone providing another person’s data must have an appropriate legal basis and limit the information to what is necessary. Unsolicited transmission of third-party data does not automatically make THV Advisory responsible for prior processing carried out by the sender.
Before an engagement is formalized, special-category data, information concerning minors, medical records, complete case files or other particularly sensitive information should not be sent through public channels unless strictly necessary and an appropriate channel and conditions have first been agreed.
14. Automated decisions and profiling
Within the public website and initial communications covered by this policy, THV Advisory does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing and does not profile users for advertising purposes.
15. Minors
The professional services presented on this website are not directed at minors for direct contracting. Minors are not intentionally asked to provide personal data through the site.
16. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated where processing, providers, services or applicable law change. The version published on tanyrodas.com at any given time will be the current version.
